A global retail business are looking for a Head of CRM & Customer Activation to join their digital transformation team in the heart of Dusseldorf.

The company have big goals and ambitions & see this role being integral to their growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years B2B & B2B CRM, Loyalty and Customer Activation experience. Ideally you will have worked in both agency and client side settings, but most importantly a customer centric, data driven marketer – looking to make an impact!

Responsibilities

• Drive customer marketing strategy. And manage the goals/KPI setting on a yearly basis with monthly monitoring
• Design, build and execute global Digital Activation initiatives and best in class campaigns, working with multiple functions and stakeholders, boosting conversion rates and ROI
• Be part of the Global Market & Customer Activation team and guide the business towards a customer obsessed and data-driven organization
• Support the Global Marketing & Sales teams efforts across the B2B and B2C businesses

Experience

• Ideally 10+ years experience managing high performance CRM and Digital Activation teams (B2B & B2C)
• Educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Strategic and hands on approach to CRM, Digital and Activation
• Experience of marketing automation tools and platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, BI)
• Experience running global campaigns & managing stakeholders
• Analytical and data driven mindset
