One of the largest UK travel brands are looking for a Head of CRM & Loyalty to join their growing digital function. This is a super exciting opportunity to lead an existing team of 8 with further budget to grow the team to 15 by the end of next year!
The company are going through a really exciting time in terms of CRM, historically they have been very email heavy, so now is the time to invest in a senior CRM leader to join the business and drive the strategy to be a more customer centric, digitally focussed business.
I am sure you have been a customer of theirs in the past – so you’ll probably have a very good idea of how their CRM is run already!
Responsibilities
· Report into the CMO and be the strategic lead for CRM & Loyalty across the business
· Manage a team of 8 with the view of getting the team to 15
· Manage the CRM, Loyalty and Insight teams
· Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns
· Lead the strategy for CRM across their diverse product range
· Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives
· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
· Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)
Requirements
· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
· Team management experience
· Analytically minded
