Head of Marketing Automation & Operations (Marketo) – London – up to £85K plus Bonus

This role is about increasing marketing effectiveness via automation, process improvement – primarily in lead generation and nurture acquisition campaigns. You’ll work closely with the demand generation teams and the wider marketing group; looking at end to end campaign setup, execution, maintenance, and performance reporting across lead gen campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Develop and manage the end-to-end marketing program lifecycle (e.g. Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
· Own and optimise the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools, to enable the entire Marketing team to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customers.
· Enable the marketing function to work more effectively by epitomising workflows, processes and providing dashboards for reporting, analyses and enable data driven decisions.
· Ensure alignment between MarTech, SalesTech and sales process with sales operation and technology.
· Manage nurture and automated email processes, landing pages, forms, and reports within the marketing automation platform.
· Increase content scalability by leading localisation efforts across a sizable number of languages to ensure native customer experience across all assets.
· Deliver lists, recommend audience builds and guide targeting for campaigns and tactics
· Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign ROI
Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:
· 7+ years of experience in building and executing high-volume, large scale automated campaigns, preferably within B2B SaaS
· Solid knowledge of integrated B2B marketing, Account Based Marketing, marketing technology ecosystems.
· Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms. Must have Marketo experience and Salesforce knowledge
· Designed, developed and implemented full campaign & lead lifecycle management through automated platforms and Salesforce.
· Have a clear understanding of data compliance, GDPR and best practices for data governance, storage, processing and build and develop processes accordingly.
· Strong sense of ownership; excellent with project/time management and the able to manage multiple priorities
· Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
· High level of attention to detail is essential; must be metrics-driven and results-oriented.
