A global Beauty & Wellness booking platform business is looking for a Hubspot champion to join their core Marketing function. Although the company was founded 8 years ago, they already have 7 global offices with over 300 employees. They have secured a significant funding and so you will join them at an impressive stage of growth!
You will be the go-to person to support and enable the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial teams and execute marketing communications through Hubspot. This is the perfect opportunity for a Hubsport expert with extensive, hands-on CRM experience who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of all marketing and sales communications
- Implementing and maintaining CRM through account management cycle
- Working closely with commercial teams to optimise the usage of Hubspot
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams on sales go-to-market processes, tracking and administration of new sales campaigns and products
- Supporting on planning and execution of sales to develop best practices
- Monitoring and analysing CRM and sales data to identify the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign
- Training new users on the use of Hubspot
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a CRM/Sales Operations role mainly using Hubspot
- Expertise with CRM and sales operations best practices
- Demonstrable experience in the analysis, design and automation of business processes
- Ability to work with and support multiple teams
- A growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
