Insight & Research Manager – Customer Policy £40,000
A leading transport business are looking for a Insight & Research Manager to join their Central London team.
You will be responsible for the Market Research budget to fulfil customer research projects and to support the wider business initiatives. As this is a small but growing team, you will also manage all adhoc market research projects, including NPS/ CSS.
You will also be tasked to develop internal and external policies that impact on customer experience. Although prior policy experience would be great, this is not essential!
Responsibilities
· Utilise insight to create business reports and feedback to stakeholders
· Support the delivery of service improvements cross-functionally to grow customer satisfaction and revenue
· Using research, market analysis and customer feedback, identify how the business should be developed to realise revenue and profit goals
· Undertake ad-hoc customer improvement initiatives based on insight including creation of business cases
· Work with stakeholders to develop customer experience policies and work with relevant teams to implement changes
Experience
· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
· Experience in a research/ insight position
· Either agency or client side exposure
· The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
· Data driven and analytical approach to work
