A global pharmaceutical business are looking to enhance the CRM capabilities with a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join their growing digital team.

The business have been growing from strength to strength and have been building a new transformation team over the last 12 months. They are based in London and will be looking for candidates who are able to do 8 days in the office per month.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing campaigns through Salesforce platforms in collaboration with the UK and Ireland Marketing teams. You will also be the subject matter expert for the UK team on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

· Manage campaign builds, testing and deployment for existing marketing campaigns

· Be the super user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the UK side of the business

· Work on email marketing templates and strategy

· Create and monitor the success of CRM and omnichannel campaigns

· Responsible for segmentation, list generation and list transfer for multiple marketing Channels e.g. Email, Onsite, Web, Incentives, Direct Mail, Paid Media (Social)

· Ensure the design and layouts of email marketing campaigns and optimized

· Analyse and understand the business requirement of marketing campaigns and strategies

Experience

· Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Experience in developing, testing and executing marketing automation campaigns

· Knowledge of AMPscript

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a desire to expand expertise in other Salesforce platforms

· Comfortable in explaining technical information to a non-technical audience
