A Fintech that was founded in 2016 are looking to further develop their Marketing function with a CRM hire.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for email marketing, automated user journeys, leading nurturing programmes and reporting.

Responsibilities

· Create, schedule and execute all CRM emails, regular and solus newsletters, event management, marketing automations and existing processes to all customers (both B2C)

· Manage the communication and email marketing calendar with key senior stakeholders

· Provide regular reporting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider business

· Set up and management of the operations side of their internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow ups

· Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications

Requirements

· Previous experience in a CRM/ Email Marketing role, with an interest in Fintech

· Ideally 2+ years experience in a CRM position

· Knowledge of A/B testing and optimising content to improve open, click-through and registration rates

· Strong understanding on best email marketing practice

· Experience working with automation and CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions would be ideal)

· Hands-on, motivated and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

· HTML for email building is a plus
