A leading Marketing agency with an incredible client rooster are looking for a Traffic & Project Manager to join their team in London.

You will report in to the Head of Project Management and will be responsible for managing creative and campaign automation projects within the email marketing space from concept through to delivery, as well as allocating resources, monitoring and reporting on the status of the project.

Responsibilities

· Oversee project resources and assist with the management of client requirements and scheduling

· Oversee Email Marketing projects

· Manage daily schedules for multiple campaigns and clients

· Brief creative and campaigning teams

· Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts

· Monitor current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required

· Build effective relationships with key departments and clients

· Holding regular production meetings and status updates

· Establishing and maintaining project and traffic management processes across the business

Experience

· Solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills

· Proven experience in a similar role within an agency environment – ideally with Email Marketing background

· Experience of project management and communication tools such as Jira, Trello, slack, Monday, Team Gantt

· Able to work under pressure to oversee challenging clients/deadlines.

· Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects

· Solid knowledge of creative and email marketing
