Digital CRO Executive

I am working with a well-established food distribution company on its digital journey. They have ambitious growth plans and are expanding the team alongside making technology investments. As part of their expansion, they are looking for Digital CRO Executive to support the Marketing team with the strategy, planning, activation and analysis of the website experience.
The role:
- You will be responsible for defining and building a CRO plan to ensure optimum engagement rates are achieved.
- Review data to highlight areas for improvement and make suitable recommendations to carry this out.
- Once improvements have been discovered, create, test and launch website CRO experiences.
- Build CRO experiences using HTML, CSS and JavaScripts.
- Work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, for example assist the acquisition team to create better user journeys to increase lead quantity.
To be considered, candidates must possess:
- Front end coding experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- SQL skills are desirable
- Creative thinker with an analytical mind
- Organized and efficient
