Salt have exclusively partnered with an online insurance provider who are working on a new venture under their group umbrella and require a commercial and inquisitive Digital Trading Manager to tell the story of their performance, what’s not working, whats going well and ultimately how can they improve performance. This role will see you establish the trade mindset for the brand and add considerable value to the business.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Product, you will:

• Manage all daily trade and site management activities across the site and app.
• Manage insights and analysis for how the brand is performing and educate the team.
• Work with digital and marketing to clearly define the target consumer.
• Create and execute documentation for weekly trade meetings.
• Run deep-dive analysis to understand the reason for certain data and make suitable recommendations.

You

This is a crucial hire, where you will be the first trading member for the brand, initially, you will work solo but will have the opportunity to grow a team over time.

You will need:

• Strong trading background with experience of apps.
• Proven track record in driving KPI’s and revenue online.
• Strong comms/presentation skills, having worked directly with senior stakeholders.
