A leading retailer in Somerset who are embarking on an incredible Digital Transformation are looking to hire a Digital Trading Manager and Digital Merchandising manager to join their eCommerce function.

They have recently hired an inspiring Head of Digital who has a fantastic background and is looking to build a high performing team. You will get to join a team of 16 and support the growth of Merch and Trade.

You will be accountable for driving digital performance across all channels, adopting a commercial mindset whilst always looking for the next opportunity to drive revenue in their wide range of categories. You will play a pivotal role in influencing the trading stance, looking to optimize Digital Trading position across all sales channels.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop and execute digital trading strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall performance of e-commerce platforms

· Review, analyse and evaluate category performance, making recommendations and driving change that will drive conversion rate increase and optimum customer experience.

· Manage multiple categories to drive transactions delivering against sales targets across the UK & IE

· Work closely with the Digital Merch team to plan and execute your category strategy, creating a seamless and compelling, best in class customer experience

· Work closely with the digital marketing function, campaign and CRM team to ensure that product selection for digital comms is effective and optimised for maximum performance

· Responsible for merchandising asset sign off and execution in line with the customer plan and marketing tool kits

Experience

· Analytical and data driven

· Experience using GA4

· Experienced Digital Trading Manager ideally within a retail environment

· Experience managing a team

· Strong communication skills
