Salt have exclusively partnered with a world famous retail brand with a long history! The organisation started on its digital journey prior to 2020 but is now looking to double this revenue stream further. In order to do this they are looking to bring in an eCommerce Coordinator to support the Head of Digital with the delivery of the digital activity across the group.
You will be responsible for the KPI delivery for the groups global websites, being responsible for the planning and delivery against initiatives including sales, conversion and traffic. Alongside supporting on marketing planning for digital initiatives across search, social, affiliates and email channels.
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident orchestrating digital activities with multiple stakeholders and managing a large SKU number, ideally french speaker too!
Key requirements:
· Own the execution of eCommerce trading and Digital Marketing plan for the brand across all markets.
· Work cross-functionally with the Brand and In market teams to optimise each brands performance online, ensuring KPIs are being achieved.
· You will become the eCommerce platform expert within the business and main poc.
· Continuously review performance of the eCommerce websites against the KPIs in place, highlighting strengths and weaknesses and reviewing potential opportunities and threats.
· Review the site performance through site walks, working with the design and content teams to ensure the site is optimised effectively and is consumer-centric.
· Oversee product launches and site promotions, ensuring they are effectively executed.
Skills and experience:
· Retail eCommerce experience.
· Strong trading experience and competence in merchandising and
leveraging content to create on-site best practice.
· Experienced in Google Analytics.
· Strong communicator.
· French language skills is strongly beneficial.
