Salt has partnered with a fantastic charity that has a primary focus of tackling poverty around the world. Working in over 50 countries globally the charity provides international aid to support this cause. We have collaborated with the charity in their search for a Head of Digital. In this role you will report to the Senior Management Team and be responsible for all things digital for the charity, with a primary focus in the first 9-12 months on the rebuild of their website.

You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation for the brand, through strong leadership and influencing skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and managing a team to support you in this aim.

Key requirements:

· Work collaboratively with the external agencies to drive the digital agenda, predominately the website rebuild project.

· Oversee all digital marketing activities.

· Continuously review the online customer journey, through measuring data and customer insights.

· Report weekly, monthly and annually on the performance inline with the forecast set.

· Manage third party agency support to help execute a best-in-class digital experience for the brand.

· Recruitment and management of a small team.

Skills and experience:

· Experience of leading the development of a cross channel digital strategy, with experience in managing the delivery of a transformation.

· Awareness of latest trends and technologies.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Humanitarian Interest.

· Creative, demonstrating outside thinking, not afraid to change what we do and how we do it, push the boundaries.

· Team management skills.

· Self-driven, with proven ability to drive and deliver strategic projects and desire to learn from industry best practice and innovation.
