Omnichannel Director – Luxury Retail Group

My client are one of the leading luxury fashion groups with a number of globally recognised brands spanning beauty, womenswear and homeswear who are now looking to secure a Omnichannel Director for one of their accessories brands to drive their digital innovation.

Role:

• Lead the omnichannel offering.
• Understand global markets shoppers behaviour and develop new strategies to drive conversion and optimisation rates.
• Manage and grow a digital team
• Work closely with other departments as Marketing, Logistic, Customer Service and CRM.
• Ensure the Brand and its awareness is communicated effectively across all channels whilst driving revenue and P&L targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Digital (ideally both a Marketing and eCommerce background)
• Entrepreneurial
• Understanding of the luxury market – ideally on a global scale

This is a relocation role into central Europe with travel involved – a full relocation package is offered.
