My client is a global giant in the Asian FMCG industry – they are a household name in
kitchens all over the world. They are very fast-paced and operate
with a scale-up mentality as they are looking to increase their presence across
Europe.
In this role you will sit within the Digital and Brand Team, consisting of 10 people and report into the Marketing Manager. The role will see you take ownership to manage marketing, PR campaigns, events, NPD and BD. In this role you will help coordinate the strategy and liaise with the relevant agencies. The ideal candidate will have had experience in delivering successful campaigns and PR programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Alongside the Marketing Manager set the marketing strategy for the brand on a global scale.
* Inline with the marketing strategy build and manage campaigns, briefing agencies on your expectations and ensuring the content and tone of voice is accurate for the brand.
* Be responsible for managing the online and offline marketing collateral.
* Create an online and offline advertisement plan, working with agencies on production of these plans.
* Build and own the PR strategy to build awareness of the brand in regions less familiar with the brand.
* Conduct market and consumer research for new product development
Key Skills:
* Strong Marketing knowledge, ideally within FMCG
* Excellent language skills – Chinese/Cantonese
* Passionate about skillset
* Can do attitude, able to think on your own
* Autonomous skillset – ability to work on projects independently
* Strong communication skills
