The Role
This is a diverse role, where you will mix your marketing expertise with commercial. Essentially you will own one of the brands in their portfolio and be responsible for driving growth.
- Own P&L for the brand.
- Develop commercial brand strategies for the brand, that will impact revenue growth.
- Own all marketing and advertising budgets.
- Develop GTM strategies.
- Own the DTC site strategy and growth.
- Co-develop acquisition strategies.
- And so much more! It’s almost like being a mini CEO
You
They’re looking for someone from a strong DTC marketing background, who is hungry to work in an extremely high growth environment. You’ll need:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience across marketing and ecommerce, with a proven track record in delivering high revenue growth.
- Experience delivering brand marketing strategies with a commercial focus.
- Experience in a DTC brand, ideally in consumer healthcare.
- Strong commercial experience with P&L and budget management.
- Senior leadership level experience, with the ability to influence inside the business.
