The Company
My client is an online property investment company set up and led by industry experts. They are looking to revolutionise the way people invest and bring investments to the mass market.

The Role
They now seek a talented, analytical and driven Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our team at a very exciting stage. Working directly with the Marketing Director and the broader team, you will have the opportunity to execute the marketing strategy & business development activities for the company.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Devising strategies to drive quality online traffic to the website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website including creating landing pages and managing the redesign of the website.
• Improving the usability, design, content, optimise user experience and conversion of the website.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests; develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and process.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including online brand and product campaigns to raise awareness.

Key Experiences

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, paid social (e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn) and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative and analytical with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords and Display campaigns.
