This fashion brand has seen insane growth in the past couple of years, and have no intention of slowing down. They’re looking for someone to come and own all areas of digital marketing and CRM, to help them continue to scale across the UK, US and EU.

The Role

• Develop and implement the strategy for all performance marketing channels inc – paid search, paid social, affiliates, display.
• Manage external digital agencies for performance channels – making sure you’re getting the best out of them.
• Own and develop all CRM and email marketing in house (with the help of the creative team).
• Own all media budget, forecasting and reporting.
• Work with wider ecommerce and marketing team on strategy.

You

This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, independent and eager to work in a growing brand. You’ll need:

• A proven track record in delivering growth across digital marketing channels
• A very deep understanding of all performance channels (having been hands on at some point in your career)
• Experience managing external agencies, driving their performance.
• Hands on experience with email and CRM marketing.
• Budget and forecasting experience.
• Experience within fashion would be ideal, but other relatable retail brads considered (agency if you have the full experience and been on similar clients).
