We are looking for someone used to organising events for a high-end clientele
Day to Day:
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of all events
- Program and content schedules for events, with execution plans and communication strategies for their delivery
- Develop & execute best-in-class customer experiences to build brand awareness, deliver value, increase revenue
- Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand identity across all events
- Build, nurture, and scale a highly engaged community of like-minded individuals
- Experiment with new and creative ways to leverage growth and community engagement
- Working closely with our social media team to build online events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in events hosting “high-end clientele”
- Experience managing a team on the ground to deliver memorable customer experiences
- Strong project management experience
- Experience with analytics, budgeting, reporting, and working towards set KPIs
- Ability to create, maintain, and grow long term partnerships with suppliers and guests
