As the EMEA Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for creating & executing a growth optimisation strategy across all acquisition and customer engagement channels in EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Audit EMEA Growth marketing strategies (Performance marketing, Customer journeys, Email, CRM automation, web traffic)
• Optimise the current Growth strategies and improve what is working
• Identify new Growth strategies with a Test & learn focus
• Optimise Demand Generation Strategies & drive new customer acquisition
• Optimise persona marketing (CRM Flows, Marketo automation)
• Work across the full B2B Lead Generation & nature funnel
• Own the performance strategy & optimise value across paid channels

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ Years B2B Demand Generation / B2B Digital marketing experience in a High Growth SaaS company
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Performance marketing & optimisation channels
• CRM demand generation experience (ideally with: Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot)
• Track record of increasing growth (MQLs, SALs,)
• Strategic mindset & Excellent communication skills
