Sitting within the marketing team you will work and report into the Founder of the business to be hands on with strategic and execution aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop the brand engagement through creating compelling customer acquisition initiatives

· Take ownership across digital, social media, email channels

· Execution of loyalty programs to drive retention and acquisition of customers

· Plan crisp seasonal promotions and events for revenue and sales

· Own the marketing budget to optimise ROI

Skills & Experience:

· Essential to have food industry experience

· Strong 360 in all marketing channels

· Proven track record of driving growth and increase in customer engagement across the platforms

· Having a hands-on approach to strategic execute the highest quality of marketing
