Internal Communications Manager

My client, a leading global brand which owns its emerging space, is on the hunt for an influential Internal Communications Manager who can help drive their employee engagement and connectivity on an initial 12-month contract.

You will be based in London and able to work in a hybrid environment. You’ll bring a passion for internal communications and stakeholder engagement.

You will create best-in-class internal communications that positively impact all.

Day to day you will…

• Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages.
• Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with function priorities and themes.
• Use internal tools as appropriate to maximize the internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events, Townhalls, Workshops and Conferences as needed and appropriate.
• Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes programs and initiatives in support of priorities and culture.
• Works with relevant stakeholders and peers to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explore/recommend new technology options where possible.
• Manage content for the global company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
• Implement metric reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measure internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.

This role is Inside IR35 and candidates will need to work via an umbrella company.
