Internal Communications Manager

My client, a leading global consumer good company, is on the hunt for an Internal Communications Manager to join a flagship part of their business and be pivotal in the communication of advances and improvements.

In order to be eligible for this role, you will have a around 3-5 years’ experience within Internal Communications and be based in commutable distance to London, where this role is based.

This role is a 50/50 split role working with Communications and Corporate Affairs/ General Communications and also Internal Leadership Team Comms.

Communications and Corporate Affairs

Look after issues policy group – involves admin, coordination, prep of papers, tracking things within the business in some important areas so requires attention to detail, handling complex issues, be able to digest complex topics and support team. Includes maintenance of internal SharePoint sites, keeping track of senior level approvals on policies. Helping write statements and Q&A’s etc

Leadership Team Internal Comms

This will require some who is self sufficient on the internal comms side, and ideally experience working with leadership teams and helping them to develop communications plans.
