Location: The Netherlands, Rotterdam (1-2 days in office)

Salary: Up to €80K inc bonus + growth opportunities

The Role:

My client is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven PR Manager to spearhead public relations initiatives and amplify the impact of their fast-growing brand. In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in shaping content, handling press inquiries, and supporting the brand’s presence across various platforms, all while ensuring consistent communication that boosts brand awareness and contributes to business success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyse and track financial performance against KPIs and report back to senior leaders.
• Act as a brand ambassador, acting as the mouthpiece to increase brand awareness and overall sales.
• Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns in alignment with business goals and targets.
• Spearhead content creation, specifically speeches and press releases.
• Be in charge of press inquiry response and organisation of spokesperson interviews.
• Foster strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in PR roles, ideally within a computer electronics manufacturing, and/or telecommunications setting (would also consider agency background)
• Demonstrated success in managing impactful and measurable PR campaigns.
• B2C & technology expertise with an established network of industry contacts in the consumer comms space.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• You will also have a strategic mindset & strong attention to detail and are able to collaborate functionally across different teams.
• Able to travel on occasion.
• Fluent in Dutch.
