Role:
I am exclusively working with an innovative SaaS business in stealth mode, embarking on an exciting journey of growth and impact. They are now seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to drive marketing initiatives and elevate their brand presence across the Iberia (Spain and Portugal) region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing communication strategies through internal channels
- Managing and allocating marketing budgets effectively
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Crafting presentations, playbooks, demos, and marketing collateral
- Producing engaging content, including blogs, podcasts, videos, and whitepapers
- Implementing demand generation initiatives to boost brand awareness and perception
- Overseeing social media strategy and execution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role
- Proven experience in a dynamic B2B tech setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
