Senior Vice President of Marketing

SVP of Marketing – £140K – £150K (DOE) + Benefits – Hybrid – DTC Industry – Glasgow/Edinburgh

I have exclusively partnered with a one-of-a-kind consumer business that are looking for a Senior Vice President of Marketing to join an expanding team on a strategic growth plan. This is a unique opportunity that is looking for someone to commute to their HQ in Scotland or can be based in Germany!

This is an extremely important role for the business to lead the strategy across European regions especially Germany. It is a role that doesn’t come around very often, so they are searching for an individual that is ready to scope the business’ success as they continue to take the market by storm in high-selling consumer products.

You will be reporting to the President with management of the wider marketing team which consists of brand and digital. If you are passionate, innovative, and have a strategic approach to marketing, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute a multi-channel marketing strategy for UK, Europe and the rest of the world

· Work on creative and crisp digital and direct-to-consumer initiatives to increase customer acquisition & retention

· Create a focus on campaigns for scaling ecommerce and customer journeys across the different channels

· Manage the development of campaigns across digital, social media, retail and practical platforms.

· Align the marketing activities with the business objectives to be in tune with consumer trends in continually growing markets

Skills & Experience:

· Senior leadership experience within a consumer business – this is crucial!

· Strong exposure across European markets including their biggest area of Germany

· Marketing a high valued worth lifestyle product with a proactive & reactive attitude

· Have a career focused across marketing channels but primarily within Digital Marketing

· Experience managing different levels of stakeholders and multiple areas of the marketing team – strong communication skills needed

· Ability to commute to the HQ in Scotland, with opportunities to travel to the different markets for business benefits and exposure
