Digital Strategy Lead

My client, a global leader in the FMCG space, is on the hunt for a hybrid Digital Strategist and Product Owner who has led and delivered projects, ideally around instant messaging apps and their execution with customer communications.

This role is going to part project delivery and part digital strategy. The position also has strong elements of stakeholder management/engagement and product ownership.

The contract will be at least a 6-month contract with high possibility of extension. The role has been deemed inside IR35 and is paying up to £500 a day.

You will play a key role speaking with the company’s markets to gather requirements for how they can use instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc. to drive customer comms and engagement.

You will play a key role in the business’ strategy to rely less on SMS to deliver customer comms and focus on instant messaging apps.
