My client is a successful D2C retailer in the Health & Wellness industry. They have 2 ground-breaking products which are shaking up the market. They were recently named one of 2021’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company – and technology and innovation are central to their mission. They are a small yet diverse team with a big growth mentality. They are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Growth/Performance, who can come in and help shape the next stage of their business development. It is a fantastic opportunity to come in and lead a growing team of specialists and be the architect behind the hyper growth they are experiencing.

• The business has seen a period of rapid growth through product innovation and digital marketing and is now looking to add some fresh strategic digital thinking to bolster its team

• They are after someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has problem-solving skills, has experience in a high-performance culture, ideally within a top consultancy or a VC backed digital start-up

• This role is centred around creating and driving a single razor-focused strategy on digital growth and content marketing
