Head of Product Marketing
Paris (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office every 3-4 weeks)
€90,000 – €120,000
Looking for a Head of Product Marketing to create and lead the function globally for one of the fastest-growing FinTechs in Europe! This is an opportunity to shape the product story of current and future offerings!
The main focus will be to define buying personas & segments across different industries. You will create consistent positioning, Product messages, Go-To-Market plans and plan sales & marketing materials to target personas
This position reports directly to the CMO and will partner with key company leaders with a focus on Sales, CSM, and Product
What Experience do I need?
- 8+ years of experience in executing Product Marketing strategies
- Proven product marketing experience in Payment, B2B Fintech OR Tech & Saas industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences in a simple and compelling way
- Experience planning and running product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Experience and understanding of e-commerce and marketplace payment ecosystem and challenges is a huge plus
- Fluent in English and in French
What will you be doing?
- Build a deep understanding of our verticals and client segments, focusing on business drivers, pain points, priorities, and buyer personas
- Define and shape product messaging and positioning, in alignment with our brand, using relevant segmentation and buyer personas
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and coordinate different activities across the marketing teams (Demand generation, Brand, Content)
- Build strong partnerships with the Product and Sales teams to build the product story and messaging framework
- Create and deliver sales and marketing materials and programs: including (product pages, newsletters, presentations, and all other product-related content)
- Contribute to the content strategy and production to show our unique positioning and offering in the payment space. Contribute to blog posts, white papers, case studies or other types of content used by Demand Generation and Sales
- Develop strategic sales playbooks that direct and empower sales and marketing teams
