ResourcingSpecialist – Spanish & English speaking job in Greater London | Salt Recruitment UK

Salt is working with a global leader in the beverage industry, currently undergoing a global transformation across all areas of the business, and seeking an experienced Resourcing Advisor to help support the team leader by providing insights and assistance to manage daily team performance. You’ll also handle complex queries and system issues and generate various performance reports.

• Hybrid working in London
• £335 per day, inside IR35
• 3 month contract

You will:

• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports
• Resolve inquiries and manage workload distribution
• Advise on policy interpretation and ensure consistency
• Coach team members and manage backup activities during absences

You will need:

• Experience in HR or customer service, advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English and Spanish, and ideally Portuguese too
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems (EIC, SAP HR)
