Bringing learning to life via animated word games, well-illustrated data-driven books and soon to be interactive games via apps – they’re enabling kids to re-imagine the dictionary to help improve their vocabulary and writing skills.

About the role

We’re looking for a talented, driven and highly analytical individual to work as part of this cross-functional marketing team. You’ll focus will be to drive paid advertising and use the marketing data in an intelligent way to optimise the performance of the marketing activities.

Your experience working with paid marketing channels will allow you to make the best use of social channels like Facebook and Instagram to grow sales of print and digital products through well managed and optimised campaigns using paid social, search and Amazon.

Alongside executing and managing growth marketing activities, you will also make use of your analytical mindset to ensure that decisions are driven by data and constantly optimised based on performance and effectiveness. You should be comfortable analysing large datasets and drawing intelligent insights that can be turned into successful campaigns.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will regularly be required to:

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns: audience and creative optimisation, bid management strategy
• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns
• Manage SEO related projects
• Manage and optimise Amazon organic presence and paid advertising
• Ensure the right tracking and reporting are in place

This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, intelligent and has experience working in high-growth startups as a digital marketing manager with responsibilities of setting direction. You will have a deep practical understanding of Facebook advertising and will be willing and able to learn about other platforms and technologies as required.
