As a European Centre of Excellence function, the digital team work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to set regional strategy and provide highly specialized skills to drive meaningful change across Europe (25 languages).

As the Head of SEO you will be an expert in defining, executing SEO strategies across this client and leading the team and stakeholders towards the long term business objectives, providing insights and testing ideas to drive the SEO activities to meet their targets.

Responsibilities:

• To initiate, lead, and deliver the European SEO strategy

• To initiate, lead, and deliver the European SEO plan and roadmap

• To lead the 30+ size European SEO team to manage and implement the European SEO strategy

• To provide leadership and direction to the 80+ Digital teams in the European Subs

• To lead the SEO agency teams and suppliers to manage and implement the European SEO strategy

• To report on a regular basis to all Subs Presidents and EHQ senior stakeholders on European SEO strategy, results and performance improvements

• Define and execute a sustainable SEO strategy and roadmap for Europe

• Work with 31 countries to educate them on SEO, and help them implement an SEO Change programme

• Lead the migration of the SEO links whilst migrating to a new platform, and accountable to protect the SEO revenue across Europe during such migration
