The Role

Due to the success of a thriving sales team. The company are looking to hire a team of Customer Success Managers to manage their growing portfolio of existing accounts and drive customer retention.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts in your assigned territory across a variety of verticals. This is a customer facing role where you will be responsible for client satisfaction.

  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring that the customer is getting maximum efficiency from the service being offered.
  • Troubleshooting client queries through to resolution.
  • Liaise closely with a wide range colleagues who will closely alongside you offering commercial support.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by undertaking regular customer checks.
  • Present and the discuss the solution in a proficient manor to CISO’s and Security officers.
  • Travelling (sometimes at short notice) across a wide range of locations to offer customer support.


About You

This is a rare opportunity for individuals with an interest in Cyber Security or experience in a customer facing role to take the next step in their career in a client-facing, account management capacity. We’re looking for the following skills and experience:

  • 2:1 Degree from a leading university is essential.
  • Experience in a customer/client facing role.
  • Please apply if you bring good experience in account management or customer success.
  • Naturally a quick learner, you have a passion for problem solving and constantly improving your commercial knowledge
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the cyber security industry and can recognise the growth opportunities and challenges within it.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to join a new team who will be undertaking a new function within the company.
  • Open to ambitious candidates with less than 1 years working experience.
