To date, they have signed up 300+ local merchants across the UK, Impressive given they have launched 6 months ago.
The Role: Founding CSM
Please note this is a hands-on role at an early-stage startup, as the founding CSM you will be involved in building the CS playbook.
· Proactive approach in getting in front of customers, nurturing existing relationships with the view to boost customer usage.
· Build CS playbook with a big focus on increasing revenue share per customer.
· Manage high-volume SMB accounts – 300+
About you:
· 3+ years in CS/Account management
· Previous experience at a Seed funded to series A startup
· Excited by and thrive working in an early-stage startup.
