Salt have partnered with a Payments company in London who are looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager to support them in managing and growing their client portfolio. This role is perfect for a person who has hit a ceiling in their current role and wants to join an early stage scale up business with huge growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand and address clients’ business needs.

Onboarding and Training

  • Lead client onboarding and provide product training.

Retention and Growth

  • Monitor client usage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer retention.

Customer Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for issue resolution.

Feedback and Product Improvement

  • Gather customer feedback for product enhancement.
  • Advocate for customer needs with the product team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
