Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Hybrid (Southampton-based team, weekly office presence preferred)


The Company:

  • Fast-growing SaaS company offering high autonomy and career progression opportunities.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 5 (3x KAMs, 2x BDMs), driving a £1.2M ACV target.
  • Oversee a sales mix of 35% new business and 65% account management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on solution selling, ROI-driven sales, and complex sales cycles.
  • Ensure strong pipeline development, qualification, and early-stage engagement with target customers.
  • Drive customer success across Manufacturing, Food & Drink, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Life Sciences industries.

The Requirements:

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience, ideally within EAM, CMMS, CAFM, or Manufacturing SaaS.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and upskilling sales teams.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales strategy execution.
  • Ability to articulate ROI to customers and navigate complex B2B sales cycles.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: £95k-£100k
  • OTE: 50%
  • Car Allowance: £5k on top

The Process:

  • 1st Stage: Video screening interview.
  • 2nd Stage: In-person presentation and meet-and-greet with the CS Director & other Heads of Sales.
