Account Executive – Construction SaaS (Hybrid, London Based)

Hybrid – London Office (3 days per week)

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing construction software company providing an advanced platform that streamlines project workflows, progress tracking, and quality management for construction teams. Their solution helps contractors, project managers, and owners deliver projects on time and on budget through better visibility and real-time insights.

They’re hiring an Account Executive focused on new business sales within the UK market. The role is hybrid, based in London with 3 days per week in the office.


🔥 Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering demos and closing deals. You will focus on selling to construction contractors, project managers, and owners, helping them improve project delivery with software that brings clarity and efficiency to workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Target mid-market construction firms and project teams in the UK
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor product demonstrations to client needs
  • Build strong relationships with project managers, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet and exceed quarterly new business revenue targets

✅ What You Bring

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to construction, engineering, or project management teams
  • Proven track record in new business sales and closing deals in mid-market accounts
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Based in or willing to commute to London for hybrid working (3 days per week in office)
