Job Title: Sales Executive – German Speaker (Enterprise IT Solutions)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Munich. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, and a talent for building relationships with B2B clients across Germany. You’ll be part of a high-performing sales function with a focus on driving revenue and supporting channel partners within the IT distribution ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, system integrators, and resellers across Germany.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, account management, and channel enablement.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within the enterprise IT portfolio (servers, storage, networking, cloud solutions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product management, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Native-level or fluent German and strong English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or technology distribution sector.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, storage, servers, cloud).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Previous experience working with value-added resellers, OEMs, or systems integrators.
  • Familiarity with vendors such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, or similar.
