Role: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote across Europe

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Identify Leads: Conduct market research and engage in both inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Create Strong First Impressions: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Use effective listening and communication to qualify prospects and move them along the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Use CRM Effectively: Maintain detailed records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and use data to refine strategies.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer messaging.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales or Business Development Representative role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • A data-driven and collaborative approach
