💼 The Role: Technical Account Manager

This is your chance to lead a team of 6 account managers globally and become the trusted advisor for top-tier clients, ensuring stellar service delivery and innovative solutions. You’ll play a key role in projects, operations, and industry events, making a real impact every day. 🌟

📅 What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Leading projects for new services and features.

✨ Managing service delivery for global mobile network operators.

✨ Acting as the first point of contact for operational requests.

✨ Providing training and top-notch post-implementation support.

✨ Driving customer satisfaction with clear communication and SLA performance.

✨ Representing the company in industry meetings (GSMA).

🧩 What You Bring:

✔️ Experience in the clearing industry – essential.

✔️ Strong track record in technical account management.

✔️ A university degree. 🎓

✔️ Familiarity with business intelligence tools – a plus!

✔️ Managerial experience – preferred.

✔️ Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus!). 🌐

✔️ Solid skills in MS Office.
