HCM SaaS Implementation Consultant

The Company

A rapidly expanding HCM SaaS company is building their Professional Services Team in the UK and is in need of talented Technical Consultants / Functional Consultants to work on their exciting new business pipeline as well as a backlog of existing implementation projects.

The Role

While the company has various flagship products across Payroll, HCM and Time and Attendance, the right Implementation Consultant will have extensive experience with predominantly HCM/HRIS/HRMS products.

You will have worked on a varying size of implementation projects, across different verticals and be proficient in full lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to data migration, configuration and hand over.

This role is based 5 days a week at the company’s Chiswick office. When needed, you will also be required to be on customer site (up to 2/3 days a week) and must possess strong customer facing skills. This will include being able to confidently provide a consultative approach across best practice, process changes, training and end user adoption.

Your Profile

• Previous experience working with SaaS HCM/HRIS/HRMS Software implementations
• Experience working on implementation projects with customers ranging from 500 – 5,000 employees
• Previous experience addressing Data Migration issues during project delivery
• Have successfully mentored less experienced consultants, upskilling team members and dealing with escalations of issues within a project
