We are a creative international marketing agency specializing in high-impact influence campaigns, vertical video production, event marketing, reputation management, and premium branding. Our clients include high-profile individuals, global brands, investment initiatives, and luxury-focused ventures.

We operate across multiple verticals such as influencer marketing, SERM/ORM, full-service video production, private events, international partnerships, and premium product launches. (Website currently under rebranding.)

Role: Head of Sales (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to launch and lead our international sales function – with a primary focus on the US and EU markets. You’ll join at an early stage, help shape our offerings, close clients directly, and build out a high-performing sales team.

Location & Setup

  • Fully remote
  • Time zone flexibility (US/EU overlap ideal)
  • Full-time, long-term role
  • Reports directly to the CEO/founder’s office

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop/refine product offerings in collaboration with leadership (across influence, production, and reputation services)
  • Own the end-to-end sales pipeline: inbound, outbound, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing
  • Hire, onboard, and manage a growing sales team
  • Independently draft client-facing materials (scripts, decks, proposals)
  • Oversee CRM systems, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal content, social media, and reputation teams

Background & Experience

  • 5+ years in international B2B sales (agency, marketing, media, production, or reputation industries)
  • Proven experience building or launching a sales department from scratch
  • Experience closing complex or creative service deals ranging from $30K to $300K+
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments with low structure
  • Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages a plus

Compensation

  • Flexible depending on experience and location
  • Strong commission potential (ideal for candidates favouring performance-based earnings)
  • Options for fixed + commission or fully variable models available

  • Struggle with ambiguity or fast-moving environments
  • Lack interest in luxury, creative, or emotionally driven branding
  • Communicate poorly in English or think only in rigid corporate terms

  • Existing network in media, influencer, or luxury branding spaces
  • Experience with high-ticket sales, fundraising, or event sponsorships
  • Ability to bring warm leads or market credibility from day one
