Senior Technology Architect (SuccessFactors)

I have partnered with one of the worlds leading technology consultants who are looking for a Senior Technology Architect with extensive experience in delivering SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Working with HR leaders and architects to define and prioritise a product backlog that will maximise improvements to meet objectives and key results, improve employee experience and reduce technical debt.

* Leading an Agile team to maximise velocity, identify opportunities for improvement and promoting a culture of customer centricity across the delivery team.

* Driving innovation and proof of concepts to help shape HR vision and roadmap.

* Day to day management and development of the Emerging Talent technology team. Sharing knowledge and best practice and creating a diverse, and supportive working environment.

* Controlling portfolio financials and reporting of these monthly to IT and HR stakeholder in monthly Sub Value Stream Review meetings.

* Providing technical ownership for our portofolio of systems, applying IT policies, procedures and practices to ensure the achievement of high levels of quality, effective risk management and regulatory and audit compliance.

* Managing relationships with vendors including introduction of govenance meetings and roadmap sessions.

* Provide technical support and guidance to your team members. Become a subject matter expert on the functional capabilities of the products you are delivering for your business stakeholders.

Candidates must have: –

* Experience of working on global deployments in an IT project delivery capacity; ideally with experience of deployment of recruitment systems on desktop and mobile.

* Experienced technology manager with proven experience in delivering externally hosted, cloud based SaaS / PaaS based solutions using 3rd parties for effective delivery and support.

* Extensive experience of Agile project/programme management and DevOps

* Evidence of large scale / global technology transformation, service introduction and/or service management within complex multi-national organisation

* Experience of operating within regulated industries and the associated Governance frameworks (ideally within Financial Services)

* Experience delivering IT Solutions to a cross section of Employees within a large organisation.

Other desirable skills: –

* Knowledge of HR systems

* Expert in continuous delivery using Agile Delivery Methodologies and DevOps practices (ideally possesses an Agile Certification)

* Familiar with integration technologies e.g. Mulesoft, Sprintboot, cloud to cloud APIs

* Proficient in the use of Jira and Confluence

* Working knowledge of Forage, Zero Gravity, Meet and Engage, Rare and Capfinity systems

Please note that the role is a hybrid role and you will be expected to on-site in Sheffield 6-days per month, with the rest WFH.

Role is INSIDE IR35 & paying a maximum of £600 per day via umbrella & you will need the full right to work in the UK as NO sponsorship will be provided.
