Atlassian Specialist technical consultant | Contract, 2-3 months | Central London

My client, a data-driven digital agency, are looking for an Atlassian Technical consultant on a short-term contract, to evolve their Jira, Service Desk and Confluence environments. 1000 users globally.

You will:

· Propose and implement a new configuration to meet business requirements.

· Adopt best practices, cut out the cruft, establish a new instance of Jira, retire out of date resources, and allow their system to grow with their business.

· Create JIRA reports, visuals and dashboards

· Script and understand JQL

We’re looking for a proven track of:

· Custom workflows, system settings, user and group management, global permissions, project schemas, screens, project permissions / roles, and sharing project configurations

· Deep understanding of the value in issue types, workflows, fields and customisation

· Establishing and championing JIRA administration best practices

· Undertaking and running an instance migration; deploy, configure, upgrade

· Fluency in Confluence, including security, spaces, design, and integration with JIRA

· Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies

· Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment

· Good time management, familiar working with diverse and offshore teams

· Taking advantage of Atlassian resources and community to help business teams implement best practices within JIRA

Qualifications

· ACP-100 Atlassian Jira Administrator

· ACP-300 Atlassian Agile Development with Jira Software

It would be nice if you knew or had

· Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace 3rd party add-ons

· A Scrum Master certification
