Cloud App Engineer

We have partnered with a leading financial services company focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Their DevOps team is at the forefront of driving automation, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

They’re looking for a Cloud App Engineer to join their dynamic team, supporting critical platform and feature teams in building and configuring DevOps tools, technologies, and pipelines. This role involves end-to-end ownership, from development to production environments, and will play a key part in expanding observability platforms and improving DevOps capabilities across the organization.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
• Experience with AWS environments and GitOps concepts
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, scripting, and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working
• Experience in monitoring and observability platforms
• Ability to work in regulated or governed change frameworks

Tech Stack: AWS | GitOps | Kubernetes | CI/CD pipelines | Observability Tools | Monitoring Platforms

Salary: Up to £60k, Competitive Bonus, 28 Days Holiday, Generous Pension Scheme

Location: Edinburgh or Manchester -1 day a week in the office
