Associate Product Manager

Salt is excited to announce we are working with one of the UK’s brightest emerging tech Unicorns in helping them build a team tasked with launching a brand new business proposition to market. Specifically, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager or Junior Product Manager to work alongside the Senior Product Manager leading this consumer-facing team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to step into Product Management with the support of a well-established Product org and some of the best-recognised Product Leaders.

The Junior Product Manager will be taking ownership of a cross-functional squad leading feature development and conducting discovery into how to shape the proposition moving forwards. You’ll be leading agile ceremonies in a start-up environment.

Here are a few requirements for the Associate Product Manager:

  • Familiarity with running agile ceremonies (whether a Junior PM, BA, PO or scrum master).
  • You must understand the pace of working for an early-stage start-up.
  • Working experience of building using KANBAN.
  • You’re a great communicator and comfortable managing stakeholders.
  • Exposure to working on consumer-facing mobile products.
  • Above all, you’re an entrepreneurial, ambitious problem solver.

The role will require being able to be in their London Office a couple of times a week but interviews will be conducted remotely. Expect a chat and virtual whiteboard session with the Senior Product Manager and another call with other stakeholders within the business.

This is a truly unique opportunity for someone looking to carve a career in Product Management, launch a product from beta with a talented team and be part of a company with over £200 million in recent funding.

If you believe you meet the criteria and are ready to kick-start your career in Product then we would love to hear from you.
