This is an opportunity to join one of the most recognised and influential design-led SaaS businesses on Earth. You will join a really diverse, humble, dynamic and talented team. Many of whom work remotely across the EU and UK.
They need a creatively minded and design and product lead BA to join the team and take charge of requirement gathering, leading workshops and being able to talk the talk and walk the walk with clients and customers alike.
What you’ll do
· Work closely with customers; likely Creative and Marketing teams, to understand their business; including pains and opportunities.
· Own the requirements gathering process, ensuring all business needs are accurately captured and documented.
· Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
· Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, present findings, and build consensus
· Be seen as the team’s most skilled and experienced requirements gathering resource
· Coach other team members in standardised requirements gathering methods

Ideal and important: Background in Design, Creative and/or Marketing businesses and environments.
Very ideal, not necessity: Speak French and/or German
