Product Lead – Platform

Following Salt’s successful tranche of hiring for this leading Commerce brand, we are now looking for a Product Leader to join the business, with the focus on creating a seamless experience across their platforms.

This role offer a unique opportunity to lead multiple squads and Product Managers, crafting the future of the customer experience for their users, cross platform. The Product Lead will be shaping the vision and strategy around unifying these platforms, touching on areas across CMS, Design systems, Adobe Suite, messaging, Live chat, site search and of course, discovery around the application of generative AI across the product.

This position would suite an experienced Product person, with strong technical chops across front-end systems who is excited about owning this journey, motivated to run platforms and act as the flagship of where their customer facing platforms are heading. They are ideally looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment, who is capable of setting the agenda and not afraid of pushing back.

Here are a few key requirements:

• Experience coaching, managing and mentoring other Product Managers.
• Deep technical understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Multi-platform Product experience and shaping front-end systems.
• You might sit on the technical side of Product Management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a customer-centric mindset.

The role is hybrid based, with 3 days a week in either their London, Bristol or Birmingham office locations.

There is a 3 stage interview process in which you’ll speak with their Chief Digital Officer, counterpart Product Leads, design and engineering colleagues to full y understand the culture and challenges the business is facing.
