Responsibilities

· Drive the product and business planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.

· Create product roadmaps for product release plans and set expectations for new functionalities for either frontend products or backend systems.

· Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products.

· Manage compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.

· Drive product requirements, prioritising feature implementations and improvements Communicate product strategy and present reports to key stakeholders.

· Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and providing guidance.

· Work with CPO to set the long-term vision and product strategy while working with Head of Product to build product plans, roadmaps, delivery, release planning.

· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

· Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

· Leads all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

· Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

· Support and lead the product team.
