Product Manager – Optimisation

Product Management

Greater London £60000.00 - £70000.00 per annum

Salt have partnered with one of the UK’s best known D2C subscription businesses in the UK who provide their loyal customer base access to a global marketplace built on independent, sustainable food and beverage providers globally.

They are looking for a mid level Product Manager to join the team in order to own various key customer journeys across web and app, exploring commercial opportunity in their customer funnel, assessing user LTV and ensuring a streamlined and brand conscious CX across the journeys.

You’ll be joining an awesome yet lean team, working alongside 3 other PM’s, their Head of Product and CDO who are collectively defining a new direction for the business. You’ll be part of a cohesive and fun culture, passionate about the companies mission and creating awesome digital experiences for their users.

Here is some key experience they’re looking for:

  • Experience working on funnel optimisation for a consumer brand.
  • Examples of working with a squad to move metrics around customer, acquisition, engagement and retention across web and app.
  • A good understanding of data in driving decision making.
  • Exposure to ecommerce would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, comfortable questioning the why and a positive and energetic approach to team collaboration.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility around days in the office, preferably one or two would be ideal, but they’re pragmatic in their approach to this.

You’ll go through 3 interviews, an informal chat with the Head of Product, a case study interview with their CDO and HoP and a final interview with another key stakeholder.

If you’re a Product Manager looking to gain more autonomy and work for a mission driven, sustainability conscious brand in a fun loving, collaborative team, then please apply today to discuss the position in more detail.
